Support for babies from before birth up until 24 months. Complex medical and additional needs support continues up to your child's fourth birthday.

Every family is different. All packages begin with a free 20-minute video or telephone consultation.

3-hour visits

Daytime Rest & Recover Visits

Expert care for your baby in your own home while you rest, sleep, shower, eat, attend an appointment or simply have a few hours back.

Over a decade of day-to-day infant care in clinical settings, and the same care given to my own two children at home.

Overnight visits

Nighttime Rest & Recover Support

Restful nights while I tend to feeds, settling and night wakings. You wake to a fed, settled baby and a few hours of proper sleep behind you.

  • A full night's sleep for you

Years of overnight shifts on NHS children's wards, and first-hand knowledge of what broken nights with a newborn ask of you.

Getting started

Most families begin with a single visit. Which one depends on whether your baby has arrived yet.

  1. Before birth Newborn Foundations — usually in the last few weeks of pregnancy.
  2. Birth to 4 months Fourth Trimester Reset — the fourth trimester, once your baby is here.
  3. Up to 24 months Ongoing support for as long as your family needs it.

Newborn Foundations

£195 2 hours

A calm, practical session in your own home before your baby arrives, so the first days feel familiar rather than daunting.

  • Nappy changing, bathing and everyday baby care
  • Feeding preparation: breast, bottle or combination
  • Sleep space and nursery review
  • Common newborn concerns and illnesses
  • Birth plan support and evidence-based guidance
From birth to 4 months

Fourth Trimester Reset

£195 2 hours

A reset for the whole family once your baby is here: hands-on help with the practical side, and time given to your own recovery.

  • Baby care recap: nappy changing tips and bathing
  • Feeding support, whatever that looks like for you
  • Sleep space and nursery review
  • Common newborn concerns, illnesses and first aid
  • Main caregiver support: birth debrief, nutrition and rest
  • A relaxation session for you — massage and sound bath

Rest & Recovery

For families who mainly need rest. Choose daytime or overnight care, with travel included.

Five daytime visits of 3 hours each, in your own home.

Overnight

Two overnight visits, 10pm to 6am, caring for your baby while you sleep.

From £150 per session

After a hospital stay

Hospital to Home

Support for families settling in at home after a prolonged hospital stay or an admission during the fourth trimester.

  • NICU, SCBU and children's ward discharge support
  • Readmissions for feeding, breathing or jaundice
  • Continuing expert care once you're home

Extensive ward experience bringing vulnerable babies home, including tube feeding and home ventilation. My own baby was readmitted for jaundice and poor weight gain.

Up to your child's 4th birthday

Complex Medical & Additional Needs

Tailored in-home support for babies and toddlers with extra medical needs, and for the parents caring for them.

  • Tube feeding, home oxygen and regular medications
  • Developmental delay and additional needs
  • Support for babies and toddlers up to preschool age

Over a decade of clinical nursing with children who have complex and additional needs, including Makaton Level 1 and 2 training.
