The support every new parent deserves

Becoming a parent is wonderful. It can also be exhausting, overwhelming and surprisingly lonely.

Even with a healthcare background, I found those early weeks far harder than I expected, particularly with my second baby.

You don't need more opinions. You need calm, evidence-based support from someone who understands both professionally and personally.

Whether you're struggling with feeding, sleep, confidence or simply need someone beside you, my role is to help you feel supported, reassured and ultimately confident.
